Hotel Santorian - Hermosillo

The suite was clean and modern, with nice water pressure. The staff helped me quickly during check-in. It was a comfortable stay.

the idea to include a microwave, coffee & tea making machines and a fridge in the suite was nice. enjoyed watching garden from the window. the staff were affable whole time of my stay.

Loved the hotel, its favourable location and my reasonably spacious room. Location: the venue was close to the airport as well as Hermosillo. Booked table at Thai Express, located within 25 minutes' walk.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not experienced.

I was in town for a family visit and stayed in a Twin Room for three nights. The location was quite convenient, with several attractions like Plaza Zaragoza and the Mercado Municipal just a short taxi ride away. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which made our stay comfortable, but the general atmosphere could use a bit of improvement, especially regarding staff interactions.

Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. The reception staff were unhelpful and came off as defensive, which significantly impacted my stay. There was a general lack of maintenance observed in several areas of the hotel.

The exterior was ley charming, if you enjoy aged and worn appearances. The pool area was good, but too bad no one cared to show me the amenities! I expected a complimentary welcome upgrade for this inconvenience, but here we are! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
